your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training or preferably a career changer (sales, service)
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience or sales experience with intensive customer contact
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Negotiation skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Unternehmerischen Denken und Handeln
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Experience in temporary employment is an advantage
- You have confident MS Office knowledge
Your tasks
- Expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers
- Through close contact with your customers, you are always well informed about open positions in their company
- Designing and placing job advertisements and conducting job interviews
- Planning and scheduling of personnel deployments
